Description:

Hot wire testing machine is the use of simulation technology to assess the ignition risk caused by thermal stress in a short time due to hot elements or overload resistance such as heat sources. Scope of application:
The device is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of IEC60695-2-10:2000, GB/T5169.10-2006, GB/T5169.13-2006 and GB4706.1 in the standard "glow-wire test method". It is suitable for electrical and electronic products, household appliances and materials fire hazard test. Simulate the thermal stress caused in a short time by heat source or ignition source such as glowing elements or overload resistors.
Precautions:
1. The user of this device must stabilize the voltage power supply, otherwise the temperature will change due to excessive voltage fluctuation.
2. thermocouple only for test calibration temperature, after calibration, in the ammeter mark, for the next test, to be the temperature drops to room temperature, this time should be the thermocouple carefully pulled out from the hot wire, and then start to do the test.
3. hot wire should not work for a long time at high temperature, so as not to shorten the service life of the thermocouple, each use should be timely to reduce the current, and cut off the power supply.
4. after each test, the combustion chamber should be cleaned in the case of power failure, and pay attention to not collision thermocouple and hot wire.
5. the user can use the exhaust fan to discharge the exhaust gas generated during combustion after the completion of the test, but do not open the fan during the test, so as not to affect the test results.
6. if you need to repair, especially the replacement of hot wire should pay attention to the screw turned to tighten again, otherwise the current loop and interface high temperature due to adverse contact. Users should tighten all screws after replacing parts.
7. the machine has overtemperature protection function, when the set temperature, will automatically disconnect the heating circuit, therefore, the preset temperature can not be lower than the normal working temperature, otherwise it can not work normally.
